Go through screening process with recruiter and if they think that you are a good fit then they set you up with in person interviews. After that, your recruiter will tell you if you got it or not. Interview process is not too bad. They ask your standard interview questions and want you to draw on clinical experience. They also ask personality questions like how do you handle stress. Just be yourself. They can tell if you are genuine or not.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BayCare Health System (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
The initial HR phone call was to discuss details and salary expectations before the in person interview then offer. Questions about RN experience and application to the job role. They discussed each relevant previous job on the resume line by line.
