I was first asked contacted by a member from the recruitment group. She asked me a series of questions to see if I had the qualification. After completing that, I was asked to submit three references. After submitting three references I was told I will be contacted by the manager of the unit. Overall, very easy to follow and clear interview process.

Interview
I was called by an HR recruiter shortly after sending in my resume. I met with the recruiter and the SW team on the same date and stayed for an hour and a half talking and answering questions. I then got called for a second interview with other people from different dept's that I'd be working with and met with them for another hour. I thought the interviews went well and was told I'd hear something whether I was hired or not. I wait 2 LONG months and heard nothing. After a month, I emailed the HR recruiter and never got any response. Finally after 2 1/2 months, I received a rejection email. Frustrating and unprofessional company in my opinion.
