The entire process took about 2 months. You start by filling out the application online and list 3 references. The references will receive an email survey that they have to fill out and submit. Once all the references submit the survey, a recruiter will reach out via email to schedule a screening interview. The screening interview will be by phone call. During the phone interview, the recruiter will ask you basic questions such as “what are your strengths” or “why do you want to work for us”. They will also explain the position you applied for. If you impress the recruiter, they will get back with you in a few days to set up a second interview in person or by video call. The wait in between interviews was about 3.5 weeks. The second interview will likely be a panel interview. Mine was a total of 5 managers from different units. My interviewer introduced herself and the others, and then went right for the interview questions. At the end she asked if I had any questions and then the interview ended. It was quick, about 15 minutes. After the interview, it took 4 days for the recruiter to call me about the hiring managers decision.
