1st interview via phone call. The HR scheduled for 2nd interview which it was a hiring even. I was told to join it as my 2nd interview.
The manager showed up with pencils and post-it notes. After explained the job and questions. Then she asked if I have my resume. I was like what? How did the manager go for my 2nd interview without my resume or she didn’t even know who was the candidate. At the end of conversation and questions, the manager asked me my resume or email my resume to her assistant. (That how I found out that I had been going the hiring event not my 2nd interview).
I was super disappointed about their lack of management. I’m currently employed. So, I didn’t really expect to join any hiring event if the HR told me as the beginning. I felt it was a waste of time that I had been through.
Job was simple. Basically, you will have to get medical assistance certificate to assist people applied for affordable care or insurance plan that patient eligible for. Benefits sound right. But it doesn’t matter for me, because I don’t apply for benefits if not I had accepted John Hopkins’ offer already. I applied BayCare because it’s close to my house.
Anyway, they’re not professional in my opinion.
