I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BayCare Health System (Trinity, FL) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process was conducted over the phone, which I found a bit impersonal, as I was expecting it to be via Zoom or Teams. However, the interviewer was very friendly and asked me like seven questions from inforamtion that was already in my resume, to which I was able to respond comfortably given my years of experience in the medical field. At times, it felt like the interview was more of a formality, as some important questions regarding the role itself were not asked. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview, I did get the sense that the position may already have been filled, and in hindsight, it might have been better to have canceled the interview and communicated that they had already selected a candidate.

Interview
Applied online. Called for interview the following day. Went to HR interview, told to interview the following week with office manager. Went to that interview and was told to come back next week to interview with the physicians. Went to that interview and was told that they would call me at the end of the week with the final decision. Was called at the end of the week and asked to come in next week for another interview with office staff, went to that interview and was told they would know in a few days and call me. Never heard back. I called and spoke to manager who said they would call me by the end of the following week. Still heard nothing. Left voice mail, nothing. Finally sent email, and got a response saying they were sorry for not getting back to me but they went with someone else.
