Interview
I did an internship at Bayer and during the internship I had an interview for a full time position. Firsts you have a meet and greet mixer with all the interviewers (first day during the evening). The second day you have a 30-minutes engineer chat (this is the opportunity to ask all the question that you may have regarding the position) with someone with knowledge about the position. Then you have the 1-hour interview with a panel of 4 engineers (Manager, Senior PCT Engineer, etc.) in which you need to prepare a 10-15 min. power point presentation about yourself and why you are the best fit for the position. All the questions are behavioral-based question.
