About a day after I applied online, I had to go through a phone screening and then was invited to go and interview at the facility. It was a very warm and friendly environment with very little pressure.I interviewed with the director of the hospital and a small panel of two other therapist. I received a call back on my way home from the interview and was able to accept the offer. After that I attended a one week paid new hire orientation.
