I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (McKinney, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was one on one and professional. I applied through a career fair at Collin Community College in 2022, had the interview in a small room on college campus.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
Did a phone screen with a recruiter (however, now I think they are doing AI phone screens) who asked some basic STAR questions and then went over salary. Immediately scheduled me for a 2nd interview with manager on the unit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
After being emailed about setting up an interview within a set window I had to reschedule three time and the recruiter had gone out of office for days and then upon returning told me the position was offered to someone I never even had to opportunity to interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Temple, TX) in Sep 2024
Interview
Initial interview was a phone in interview followed by a virtual interview. It only took 10 minutes or less. The interview was like four or five questions all in all. Nice flowing. Easy.
