After going through the interview process I could see that a good amount of the negative reviews left by employees of this company were very likely accurate. Although there are a variety of benefits to working here, I don't think it is the type of environment that attracts and/or retains strong talent.

First got an email and a phone call within 2 days. William then arraigned a site visit after 2 weeks. I can see several negative comments on this company, but even though i was not offered for a job I liked the environment. The interview session was nice, probably my skills were not perfectly fit for their requirements.
