First round call and the interviewer quickly explained what the company does but did not elaborate on the position I was interviewing for. We jumped into my background and simple technical questions immediately. I had a few minutes in the end to ask questions about the position itself, the interviewer sounded rushed and clearly uninterested. If I were to do this interview again, I would drill them with questions on the position, logistics etc. first to see if I even want to work at Bayview in this role.
