Interview
I applied via my university's career site as well as on the BV website. I heard back quite a bit after I had originally applied, but once the interview process had started, it went by significantly faster. Everyone was super kind and willing to work around my schedule.
The questions were pretty standard - mostly just to get to know you better, understand you experiences, and your internship goals.

Interview
The HR set up an interview with me at a university career fair. I waited outside for 30 minutes and they keep telling me that they will talk to me after they are done with the person they are currently interviewing. Then they told me that I wasn't on the list. The interviewer refused to come out and gave me an explanation. Very negative experience.
