I saw the bazaarvoice job on the sync ni website, and sent through my email and cv. I was contacted by their recruiter the following day. She was really helpful, talked me through all of the current roles available and gave me a good insight into their set up and style. She set up a video call with a couple of their senior people. The interview was pretty relaxed, the more technical guy really knew his stuff and we had a lot of discussion around my skillset. Their dev manager talked through their company culture and direction, seems like they've made some big changes to get their operation running as it should be. Got a really good feel for the place, disappointed that I'm not quite at that level yet, but their recruitment woman gave me some good feedback. She's going to keep in touch re future roles.
