I said I have a green card and then she said that it was highly unlikely that I would get the job because of my status. which is ILLEGAL and highly discriminatory. After I clarified I can work without any sponsorship, she said she would need to check. If you work in HR, you should know that without checking. Interviewed on a Friday and got the rejection email Tuesday morning.
