Total Process took 2 weeks - First interview was with recruiter based out off England, who was 10 minutes late. Interviewer spent little time asking about me and/or my experience. It seemed like he was just checking a box and sending me to the next step. Apparently, this role had almost been filled by another applicant, but they "messed up at the last stage" (whatever that means). - Second interview was with the Hiring Manager's Manager. Again, this interviewer was also late, and she seemed even MORE disinterested than the recruiter. As she was not the direct Hiring Manager, she had little/no insight into quota, team attainment, and daily activities. It was difficult to get any real information out of her regarding the position. And again, outside of my general background, she had no real interest in my experience or process. I received a canned rejection email from the recruiter the following day. - Overall, this process felt like a waste of time. It felt like I was put in just to beef up the applicant numbers, and based off my experience, I don't believe I was ever truly considered. I will not be applying to this company again. If you do apply, please do your homework on the position and the team.
