It took around 2 weeks. All the interviewers were very friendly and made sure you feel comfortable while answering. There were following rounds. 1. Exploratory call : Intro about the company. Questions related to experience, soft skills 2.Technical Interview(1) 3.Technical Interview(2) 4. Hiring Manager call In the last round, I got positive response from the manager and he told me wait for a call from HR for further processing. But I never received that call. After a week I called the HR to get an update, I was told to wait for one week. I am still waiting. If candidate is not selected after the last round, they should atleast inform the candidate. Interviewers/tech people were very good but the HR / recruiter team needs to brush up basic rules like proper communication and updates be it positive or negative. After 2 weeks and 4 rounds of interview, one closure email is necessary.
