The interview process with this company began promisingly but turned out to be exhausting and time-consuming. I went through approximately seven rounds, including a take-home assignment, all of which I completed successfully, receiving positive feedback at each stage. However, after a month and a half of waiting, I was completely ghosted. Despite my efforts to reach out to the recruiter and even CCing the Senior Director, I received no response. Ultimately, I had to withdraw my candidacy, sending them a professional email expressing my disappointment with their lack of communication. This experience was incredibly unprofessional, and it left me with a negative impression of the company's hiring practices.
