I submitted my application for an internal opportunity at BHSG. That same day I was contacted to do an initial phone screening. I thought it all went well but I did not hear back for about a week so I reached out to the person who interviewed me over email asking for an update on my application and I never heard back. I got completely ghosted.

Initial phone screen where was asked about my experience, where I wanted to work within the company and why. Then I got the run down of what types of entry level positions they were hiring for. Was told to reach out if I was interested in continuing with the process so sent an email a few days later and never heard back

I interviewed for a position advertised in my city, but the recruiter kept trying to push a position across the state. Although I was open to it I mentioned that the position I applied for was for another city and it felt like she was trying to push another recruitment area on me. We ended the interview and I was told I would hear within the week if they wanted to move forward. A week later I didn't hear anything so I reached out. Three weeks later I got a message saying they would not move on with my candidacy. It seemed really bait and switch like with the locations and the month before a response was unprofessional, after thirty days of silence I already got the point.
