The process started off strong—I had a great initial conversation and felt optimistic about working with the recruiter. Unfortunately, after that first call, communication completely dropped off despite multiple follow-up attempts. I understand recruiters are busy and juggling many candidates, but once a rapport is established, consistent communication is key to building trust. Being ignored after a positive start was disappointing and left me questioning the professionalism of the process.

First we scheduled a phone call to talk a little about the position, it was a short call about 5-6 min. Then we scheduled a zoom meeting that took about 15 min. After that, another phone call.

I had one interview, and did not get past the screening stage. My interviewer was friendly and seemed like she wanted to help place me with a position, but I did not hear back after the screener.
