The initial introduction happened over a phone call in response to me uploading my resume for a job limiting. The interview took place via Zoom and the recruiter was professional, thorough, and enthusiastic. She seemed to take a true interest in finding out what types of work environments would be best suited to my needs. We are proceeding with next steps and I am completing the paperwork required to be onboarded as talent looking for placement. I left the call feeling good about the exchange. But, the recruiter said she would send a follow up email with a summary of our call along with a recap of how their placement system works, etc… I have yet to receive it but assume it’s on it’s way.
