- Multiple rounds of zoom interviews with different members of the team. It seemed more of an organizational fit then your standard " what're your 3 greatest strengths" type. Seemed quite casual, but extensive with the amount of employees they want you to meet. But I guess that's a good thing to ensure everyone gets an input of you .
