The first interview was more of a get-to-know-you type of interview. They ask you about yourself, why you applied to the position, and run you through what the position is about. The people interviewing were very nice.
A recruiter/coordinator reached out to me to schedule the interview. I had an interview scheduled by the next day. They communicated over text which was helpful if you are interviewing while working full-time. I had one hour long zoom interview with two members of the company.
