This was an initial casual conversation in a coffee shop with two members of the team. The interviewers were very personable, the conversation felt comfortable and the questioning fair. I enjoyed the conversation, I liked the interviewers and at the end of the conversation I felt like I wanted to work for Beazley and I hoped to receive a call back. I was given an opportunity to ask questions at the end and the answers were definitely honest.
