Initially met recruiters while they were tabling on campus. They requested that I showed up for their information session later that day. The recruiter liked my resume and wanted to interview me. That night I uploaded my resume online. The next day I had an off-campus interview in a local hotel's ballroom. Other students were interviewing on the room at the same time.
