it was a two phase interview, first phase of the interview was over the phone and i was mainly technical based question on my field of study. Then i got called for the second phase which was a one on one interview at the london office, this interview was mainly behavioural based question.

Interview
A simple online application, which was followed by technical based telephone interview and finally a competency based interview at their central London office. The overall application process took a few months, but they were generally quite good about giving a time frame as to when to hear back from them.

2 Hours Interview- Including technical and the usual competency questions, conducted by head of HR and head of Engineering - questions based on CV - some unexpected questions as they did not match the job description but overall not that difficult - a bit of confusion as one interviewer would interrupt the other and so on ...
