Interview
Had multiple phone interviews with recruiter, positional peer of the hiring manager and then hiring manager himself. Rather straight forward questions on leadership, technical skills and motivation. This was followed by an onsite interview in two Beckman locations with more of the same. This was followed by a full day psychometric analysis of executive leadership skills at an external testing center and a follow up meeting with the hiring manager the top technology executive of the company and others.
