Ultimate Wastage of Time.I got call from one consultancy and attended interview on Saturday. First round was written test.Then 2 technical rounds then they show a presentation about the company for 2 hours then there is one director round then HR round. After clearing all these rounds they will call for face to face round with client. then they will send some question which you need to reply via mail, these questions will be subjective question and you need to give descriptive answer to all of them.All these will take minimum of 3 weeks of time Post this HR will again conduct HR round and will ask same question which she has all ready asked on day one of HR interview.After all this they will never come back and will also not share any feedback.They will never come-up with any offer even if you clear all the rounds.They look very much confused about the overall hiring process.HR is highly arrogant.
