Applied for a Software Engineering job and was immediately contacted by Human Resource contractor. Scheduled interview for next day. The techinical Interview questions were easy for me. Mostly about unix/linux and C programming. I was interviewed by senior engineers and their manager. I spoke about my background and previous jobs, did a white board presentation, and fired back questions about the company and mission of the group.

HR contacted me so see if I was interested in participating in the interview process. During the same conversation I was subjected to a minor screening about personality and grades and so forth and so on. I was later scheduled for a techical phone interview where they tested both my interpersonal skill as well as my technical skill. Then I proceeded with three one on one interviews and a group interview. They were all a mix between technical and personality skills tests.
