I was an internal candidate; therefore, I was aware of the company history and environment. Routinely, they screen through on outsourced service; however, I was able to bi-pass that step. I interviewed with four separate people. I started with HR and followed with the department manager, project manager, and a staff scientist. The interview was a win-win since it was a mutual exchange of questions and answers.
