Unprofessional, to say the least! I got contacted by a recruiter for the company who liked my resume. I did a screening interview with her for about a half hour. Complete radio silence from her for 3 weeks. She finally got back to me and told me the manager would like to do a virtual interview. Had an interview with the manager of the department and thought it went well considering we talked for over an hour about the role. He said he would be in contact with me within a week. I hear nothing after a week. Get the feeling something is weird with this company. Completely ghosted, and don't hear anything from them. Eventually get an auto rejection letter about a month after the interview with the manager. I know it was an auto rejection as I have applied here before. I cannot believe they couldn't be bothered to give someone they spoke with an update about the position they interviewed. I don't know how anyone actually gets hired at their location in Minnesota. Probably all contract positions now that I think about it.
