I was contacted by a Danaher recruiter (parent company) and once I expressed interest, they scheduled a phone screening with me. On the call we chatted about 15-30 minutes about the company and position. I was then scheduled for 1 round of video interviews, with 4 people, back to back. After that, the recruiter provided updates along the way and an offer shortly thereafter. Very positive experience.
