Fairly easy process, though very engaging. Conversation with 1 of the 2 managers, then a convo with the other one. Both seem like strong leaders and its clear that Bectran has a strong solution overall so the opportunity is there to be successful and make money. Ultimately I received an offer from Bectran at the same time as another company I was interviewing with. Both were strong fits but I had a personal connection at the other company so I regrettably declined though I know I would have been happy there.
