I recently interviewed with Bectran, and unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The interviewer seemed unprepared and was not willing to listen to my responses properly. It felt more like a one-sided conversation rather than a two-way discussion. The process lacked engagement, and there was no real opportunity for me to explain my skills or experience in detail. It seemed like the interviewer had already made up their mind before even speaking with me. I believe a well-structured and interactive interview process is crucial for both the company and the candidate. Providing a fair chance to all applicants and actively listening to their responses would greatly improve the experience.
