Thank you for your feedback! We are happy that your overall interview experience was a positive one. We strive to give all our candidate’s a positive interview process, so we appreciate your input on the role-playing portion. Our Behavior Technician role requires physical activity so for us to ensure that our therapist can do this, we must do this role play. We understand it can be a bit awkward trying to readjust cameras and sit elsewhere during the virtual interview, but to get the entire interview experience we had to get creative with incorporating the role play into our video interviews. We hope to get back to in-person interviews, where this role play will be less awkward, for now, thank you for participating and making this as best of an experience as possible.
