1st round was meeting the marketing manager. 2nd round was meeting the marketing team and taking a multi-page hard-copy test on HTML, CSS and JS. 3rd round was a final group meeting that included a product manager along with the 2-person marketing team and the office manager. Each had questions of their own, then the final question hit home and was asked by a member of our team. It revealed my compassionate side. The interviewer for that question exclaimed, out loud: "Oh, I choose her!".
