slow and unorganized, do not waste your time with this compay. I phone interviewed in May of 2013 and did not get an interview until mid August. I did a hour interview which was unorganized and had no real purpose. I did not hear back from them until mid October, they told me the job was on hold. They asked me to take a caliper test, which I refused and said goodbye. I heard back from them in early March 2014. They told me the job was on hold again. I went through more interviews and took the caliper test. I interviewed again with the VP's and President. In the end, I was told I was not qualified for the job after they interviewed me for a year. During the year, they did not follow up with me, I had to keep emailing them to get them to move.
