The interview process was well planned and it took approximately two weeks from when I applied to complete the interview. An offer was made about 2 or 3 days later. I thought the application process was a little overkill with all the attention that is paid to your answers on the application but I quickly brushed my thoughts aside as I am sure they have been "burned" before with false information. The interview was more of a discussion with the hiring manager with a few technical questions and behavioral questions "how do you handle disagreements, etc.?" I was impressed with how quick they moved and the well-defined process.
