I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bell in Nov 2021
Interview
applyed on their website, intern coord reached out and scheduled interview with engineer manager, 30 min MS TEAMS call. asked about different project, clubs, past internships I did. no technical question, no what's your greatest weakest question. He said most people he interviewed lacked the desire to work for specidiclly Bell, did not show interest in Bell's product, it was just another aerospace company that people applied for. So show that you want to work for Bell, and specifically Bell, that it is not just another defense company.
