I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bell (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
The phone interview was a standard screening process with the hiring manager. After the phone interview I was contacted by the HR rep and scheduled an on site interview (turn around time was about one week).
The interview process on site was very relaxed. No incredibly technically involved questions were asked. Questions typically revolved around my experiences and areas of interest professionally. Following the interview I was offered a full time position within the next two weeks.
