They called and I interviewed and they made an offer. Your application will be stacked with hundreds if not thousands of others and luck and persistence will determine the rest by the time you get to the interview the will be ready to make a decision because they have already weeded out the people the will reject.

Very straight forward basic interview. Asked me to go through the engineering process of a couple things on my resume. Asked what the hardest class at the University of Texas(where I go to school) is in your opinion. Very friendly and easy to talk with.
