I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Belvedere Trading (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
First round interview is a video interview, which consists of three parts. First come fit related questions: why trading, why Belvedere, what are you interested in etc. Second is a discussion about the intern program (Trader Trainee in my case), along with a general discussion about Belvedere and how they operate/what it's like to work there full time. The third and longest part is a series of mental math and expected value questions. No pen and paper is allowed.
The questions come in pretty quick succession and some tie into previous ones. My interviewer was incredibly patient and helpful if I got stuck or made any mental math errors.
Was told I would hear back within two weeks for final round decisions, which involve an expenses paid trip to Chicago for a super-day.

I applied online. I interviewed at Belvedere Trading (New York, NY)
Interview
Failed the online assessment. The exercises are mainly multiple choice but they are very hard. The questions range from quant finance to probability, regression, and machine learning. Some of them are almost impossible to solve in the few minutes you are allotted.
I was sent a math and coding assessment, it took 90 minutes. The questions were average difficulty, it was a pretty standard online assessment. Covered basic probability, expected value, etc.
math and logic assessment first and then basic interview and had an estimation question at the end to see how your thought process is. a lot of behavioral questions and tell me a time when… questions.
