Interview
4 step process. First step is a phone interview with a HR rep; second is an in-depth questionnaire asking different interview questions; third step was a technical phone interview with a Lead QA analyst; final step was an in person interview, but I didn't get that far.

Interview
Contacted by HR after submitting resume online. Asked me to finish a questionnaire before a deadline. You are not timed, but once you answer a question you can't go back to it. I was expecting more basic behavioral questions, however they were a bit tricky and required some thinking. I was contacted about a week later saying they are moving on with other applicants.

Question 1
How do your skills in a certain technology (of your choice) separate you from other candidates? Tell me about a time you found a really huge bug in software you were working on. What was the biggest mistake you've ever made on a project, how'd you handle it? One question about how you would handle a conflict with team leader with a strict deadline approaching.

Interview
The interview process was very streamlined and relaxed. I was asked to complete an online questionnaire and was invited to a phone screening shortly after. The interview was a mix of my resume and experience as well as a couple of logic questions. I was invited in to the office for a final interview which consisted of an individual project, a group project, and a 1-1 with two members of the QA team. Overall, one of most relaxed interviews I’ve done and great team. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the four hour day.
