1. HR Phone Call
2. Online Assessment based on your personal Experience, you got all the time to think it through.
3. Phone call with a couple of QAs, basic technical questions, SQL, python, Linux CLI.
3. Onsite: They interviewed me and another guy at the same time so they rotated the interviewers initially. First they had us read a scenario to test an application. After reading it, they had me interview with 3 guys, while the other interviewee was finishing that application testing. 20 minutes with 2 people, and another 20 minutes with the third.
After that they had me go back finish the QA testing of the application. That was pretty fun. You had to test 5 user scenarios, and possibly more.
At the end all 4 interviewers and the two us got together to review another QA scenario: Coming up with all the test cases for elevators of a building.
I don't think I faired well on this one, because the other dude was being quite 'aggressive' and loud with his ideas, throwing me off. Instead of focusing on my ideas, now I had to focus also on his as it was a group discussion.
Overall the experience was positive, and I got a good impression from the company
