I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Belvedere Trading (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was interviewed by a trader and someone from HR. The HR person asked some pretty general HR related questions, ie, why Belvedere trading/what do you know about us. The rest of the interview consisted of the trader asking me math questions. Both the trader and the HR person seemed to be very nice people.
