Was ghosted by the interviewer after some scheduling difficulties, I didn’t even get a chance to get the interview I was offered after spending multiple hours on their math test. Completely unprofessional and quite frankly I still can’t believe this actually occurred. Thank god I didn’t end up at this firm.
Online exam, then a one on one call with trader with some mental math problems. Then in-person superday with some other applicants (shadowing, trading games, options course, etc). Pretty standard stuff
