I had an initial interview with the hiring manager. After that was a technical assessment done by a third party. Lastly there was a multi-hour onsite style interview.
Other than the technical assessment being a bit strange (some of the questions were just odd) the interviews with the people were quite pleasant and positive. The only reason it was overall a pretty negative experience is they just never followed up after the onsite. I did check in about a week after and was told I'd hear back the following week after they made their decision. But I never heard from them again. It just strikes me as quite unprofessional and frankly pretty disrespectful to not follow up after several hours of interviewing.
