I am honestly sad I have to sum this up as a negative experience. Everyone I spoke to was perfectly lovely and I had some great conversations. However, after taking a lot of time out of my personal schedule for phone screens, and then a solid 4.5 hours (with no breaks) for a final interview which I took PTO for, I was completely ghosted after multiple follow ups - just simply never heard back. All that said, not hearing back was probably for the best. As a recruiter I would never dream of treating a candidate who had gone so far in the interview process with that sort of disrespect. Probably not a place I would have wanted to be if this is the way they treat people!
