Interview
Interview process was smooth and pretty quick. There were 3 rounds:
1. OA with math olympiad style questions and 2 coding problems
2. 45 min interview with trader
3. Super day with trading games, market making and behavioral assessments
OA was pretty straightforward, though the math part was a time crunch. Coding was basic data processing and parsing. Definitely one of the more doable OA's. Interview with trader was a collection of behavioral, mental math and probability/expected value questions. Got invited to Super day, but they cancelled the day before saying they filled the position :/. Apparently interviews are first come first serve basis so sign up for the earliest slot possible.

They sent me a HireVue, one was a math test and the other was a coding test. The math test was focused on probability, a lot of conditional probability. The coding test was pretty standard, begins with the fibonacci sequence
