Online assessment mostly the normal stuff (ev, probability) but also leetcode stuff, one online zoom round with behav + techs then superday on site, overall a lot more chill than other processes

Phone Screen. Called with a trader for an hour and discussed probability and trading system design. Overall he was nice and encouraging. The system design question was confusing and involved modeling pitchers in baseball.
