The HR - VP called - phone interview then we set a date for a face to face interview - very quiet office - people seemed nice - the interview went for about 2 hours - basic questions - was told I would meet with CEO - after a month and several emails back and forth - they couldn't decide on what they needed - 2 months later - decided they needed a manager not an assistant.
