During the interview, you may be charmed by the surroundings and the casual work environment. Don't be fooled. The interpersonal behavior of some key individuals at the company create a toxic environment. Notice how often this company advertises open positions? There's a reason for that. Some people last a day, a week, a couple weeks...it's that bad.
